Book a Session

We use the OpenSports platform to manage our weekly pickleball sessions. All bookings and payments must be completed through the OpenSports app or website. Please see the step-by-step instructions below. If you need any assistance with this process, please feel free to CONTACT US. We look forward to meeting you at our club and welcoming you into our community.

Would you like to play with a friend or family member, but your skills differ? That’s no problem, you’re both welcome to book into the Social Play sessions of the less experienced player.

Already Have An OpenSports Account

1. Click HERE to jump straight onto our OpenSports home page.

2. On our home page click the JOIN tab.

3. Click MEMBER DETAILS and complete the form. You can also link your Pickleball Australia membership.

4. Click WAIVER to read and accept these terms.

5. You can use the filter drop down menus to search for sessions via day, skill level, and/or category. Please note that our Social Play sessions are grouped by our Club Skill Levels. Please check our website for further details and guidance regarding our SKILL LEVELS.

6. Select a session and then click JOIN. Scroll to the bottom and click PAY. Your space in the session is then confirmed.

7. If your circumstances change and you can no longer attend, please select your booked session and click CANCEL ORDER. If you provide more than 24 hours notice, the full cost of your booking will be issued as a credit to your Port Macquarie Pickleball Club OpenSports account. Please note that bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable, but we still appreciate you letting us know. Cancelling early allows us to offer your court space to another player so we can keep our courts full for our players.
   

Setting Up An OpenSports Account

1. Sign up for OpenSports by visiting the OPENSPORTS SIGN UP page or by downloading the iOS or Android app.

3. Activate your account and set up your payment details.
4. Then follow the steps listed above to join our club on OpenSports and book your spot.
